Team of over 30 consultants distributed between our two offices in Brasilia and São Paulo, respectively the country’s political and business capitals.
The Brasilia office is led by three partners (profiles below), while the Sao Paulo branch hosts the two founding partners.

ALBERTO BUENO

Alberto leads a team of consultants in strategic public affairs projects, leveraging his expertise in public policies, business strategies, international trade, and government affairs. Prior to founding Concordia, Alberto was Managing Partner at Prospectiva (Public Policy consulting firm), special advisor to Guilherme Leal (running mate of Marina Silva) in the 2010 Presidential campaign, trade expert at World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva, and a consultant for McKinsey in Sao Paulo. He earned a BA in Public Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an MSc in International Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE).

DAVIS HODGE

Davis has over 20 years of international public policy experience assisting countries and multinational clients in Latin America, the U.S., Europe and the Middle East with regulatory, public affairs and strategic comms challenges. Prior to co-founding Concordia, he worked as a Government Affairs consultant in São Paulo; New York and Brussels; policy manager at the U.S. Council for International Business and financial sector analyst at the World Bank. He holds a BA in Political Science and Economics from Middlebury College and an MA in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

ANDRESSA NERVINO

Andressa holds a BA in Political Science and an MBA in Institutional Relations from UnB. She has experience advocating on behalf of both the public and private sectors. She devises action plans to defend our client’s interests before the Executive Branch. She worked in parliamentary outreach for the Ministry of Planning, monitoring and lobbying on budget issues before the Presidency, other ministries and Congress. She also worked as coordinator of parliamentary affairs at the Ministry of Justice.

MARCOS RUI LIMA

Marcos holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Brasilia and a specialist degree in Government Relations from FGV. For 7 years, he served in the federal government, managing executive branch negotiations with Congress. From 2013 to 2016 he held a position in the Secretary of Micro and Small Business, and earlier he served as coordinator at the Ministry of Planning, where he pushed for priority infrastructure bills for the government.

WILLIAN PAULINO

Willian holds a BA in International Relations from UniCeub and an MBA in Government and Institutional Affairs from IBMEC. He also attended one year of military training at the reservist’s academy in Brasilia. Before joining Concordia, he worked at the Ministry of Defense, where he was responsible for coordinating the relationship between the armed forces and other ministries, Congress and the private sector. Overall, he has 10 years of experience analyzing public policies and serving clients from different sectors.
